Eels
The most commonly encountered eels in Redang are the giant morays and white-eyed moray which are found just about anywhere. There's even a resident giant moray eel under the Marine Park Centre jetty. Eels are fishes and should not be mistaken for seasnakes which are reptiles and need to come up to the surface for air.
