Mabul: Scenery

Unlike Sipadan and Kapalai, Mabul has local island residents living in villages. Many of them are immigrants from the Philippines. There is also a police station on the island to maintain law and order and a few dive resorts. The most interesting resort is Seaventures, which used to be an ex-oilrig converted into a floating hotel.
